AIdAF is an Italian Chapter of FBN – Family Business Network – an institute at the international level which represents 3,000 family businesses with more than 9,100 associates in approximately 58 countries worldwide, allowing for a continuous exchange of experiences and international best practices to contribute to the training of new generations of entrepreneurial families.
Every year, FBN organises the FBN-I Global Summit, a special occasion on which participants from all over the world come together in a prestigious and exclusive context to explore a family business management topic with contributions from international speakers and entrepreneurs from various backgrounds and cultures.
The 26° FBN-I Global Summit was held in Montreux from the 14th to the 17th of October 2015 and had the theme: “Innovate, Overcome, Difficulty, Inspire”.
AIdAF allocated “2 study grants” to cover the subscription fee to young AIdAF associates under 30 selected by a commission.
In addition to educational and research activities, the educational institution organises meetings for young people from business families to discuss relevant topics regarding training processes for young people and to get to know the institution’s activities and services as well as other sons and daughters of Italian family businesses.
