What role should you play in your family and in your family business?

Passing the baton between generations is a challenge not only for those already at the helm but also for the youngsters, who must find a way to fit into the family ‘system’, integrating their expectations, aptitudes and skills into it.

The AIdAF Youth Group organises initiatives for the children of associated entrepreneurs in order to:
- provide them with qualified training on issues that affect family businesses
- allow them to share their experiences
- encourage them to participate in meetings with other entrepreneurs aimed at highlighting the challenges to be faced in taking on a role within a family business
- enable them to expand their own network of contacts through greater integration with AIdAF.
The AIdAF Youth Group participates in and contributes to the activities organised by FBN Next Generation, which promotes the sharing of experiences at international level.
By joining the AIdAF Youth Group, young people can get preferential access to the various scheduled events and, where available, can also take advantage of special concessions.
